Data we may process
Contact and quote forms may include your name, telephone number, email address, product or system of interest, project location, approximate dimensions, preferred timing and the details you provide. Do not submit sensitive personal data, identity documents, payment details, passwords or information that is not needed for your request.
For site security and rate limiting, the server temporarily receives an IP address. The rate-limit database stores a one-way hashed key combined with a request scope and a counter, rather than the raw IP address. The required session cookie supports session state and security checks. The hosting provider may also keep standard server access logs under its own settings.
Purposes
We use information to respond to questions, assess quote and service requests, contact you, manage request records, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Legal grounds
Depending on the activity, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the controller’s legitimate interests where these do not override your rights, as provided by Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Optional features that require consent are not enabled until you choose them. A privacy notice and an explicit consent are separate matters.
Recipients and international services
Requests are stored in the site’s SQLite database and are available to authorized site administrators. When email notification is available, quote form details are sent to info@oksisotomatikkapi.com through the configured email/SMTP provider. If delivery fails, the request is still saved in the administration panel.
If the site administrator enables the AI assistant and configures an API key, your question and relevant product or page catalogue content are sent to the OpenAI API to generate an answer. This website does not permanently store assistant conversations. Do not enter personal or confidential information in the assistant. The service may involve infrastructure outside Turkey and is subject to the provider’s terms and applicable data-transfer rules.
The embedded Google Maps content on the Contact page loads only after you allow external content in cookie preferences or select “Load Google Map.” When loaded, Google may process your IP address and browser/device details under its own service. Selecting a directions link also takes you to Google Maps. If you choose WhatsApp, you leave this site and Meta/WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply.
Retention and deletion
Form requests remain in the site database until an authorized administrator deletes them. This project does not currently set an automatic deletion schedule for requests; the business should review records regularly against the purpose and applicable legal retention duties. If a database backup exists, a deleted live record may remain in that backup until the backup is discarded. Rate-limit records have short expiry windows and expired entries are purged when a new rate-limit check runs.
Security
The site uses administrator access controls, CSRF checks, request rate limits, hashed passwords and rules that prevent direct web access to the database file. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you suspect an issue.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed and request access to it, information about purposes and use, information about recipients, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or destruction when legal conditions are met, notice of such actions to recipients, objection to a result based solely on automated analysis, and compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Send a request to info@oksisotomatikkapi.com with information sufficient to verify your identity. Requests are handled under the applicable procedure and statutory periods.

Google reCAPTCHA form protection
The quote and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA v2 to prevent spam. It loads when you open the quote form or visit the contact page. Google may process your IP address and browser/device signals and use the _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis.
